A workshop, not a launch.
MattRowe.com is where I keep my notes on building with AI: essays that survive contact with production, patterns I keep reaching for, and short notebook entries from work in flight.
I work on production AI systems for teams that have to ship. This site is where I put the things I learn along the way, roughly in order of how surprised I was to learn them.

What this site is for
Practical writing about AI engineering — the kind that gets measured against real users, real systems, and real production traffic. Three loose buckets: essays for thinking out loud, patterns for things I want to be able to find again, and notebook entries for short observations from work in flight.
New posts appear when they’re ready, not on a schedule. No newsletter funnel, no roadmap, no growth strategy — just the work, written down. If you want it in your reader, the RSS feed is at /rss.xml; if you’d rather get it in your inbox once in a while, drop me a note at hello@mattrowe.com and I’ll send you a heads-up the next time something lands.
The full archive lives on the blog. Some smaller things — prototypes, demos, half-finished tools — end up on experiments.
